Job Description
Licensed Residential Plumber Hot Water Pros LLC is growing and looking for an experienced licensed plumber to join our Central Indiana team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, communicates well with customers, and wants steady residential plumbing work without the unnecessary chaos found at some larger service companies. Our work includes water heaters, tankless systems, plumbing repairs, fixture replacements, remodel plumbing, diagnostics, and other residential plumbing services. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Normal, predictable weekday hours Steady year-round work Company-provided tools Company-provided work boots Professional work environment Well-organized residential service work Opportunity to grow with an expanding local plumbing company Support from the office and other team members Focus on quality workmanship and customer service Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems Install and replace gas and electric water heaters Perform residential plumbing repairs and replacements Install plumbing fixtures, valves, piping, and related components Troubleshoot plumbing and water-heating issues Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers Complete work professionally and according to applicable plumbing codes Maintain clean and organized work areas Properly document completed work Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles Represent Hot Water Pros professionally in customers' homes Qualifications Valid Indiana plumbing license Residential plumbing experience Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills Ability to work independently Professional communication and customer-service skills Valid driver's license Insurable driving record Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to perform the physical requirements of residential plumbing work Experience with traditional water heaters and tankless water-heating systems is strongly preferred. Pay $35-$45 per hour , depending on licensing, experience, technical ability, and overall qualifications. Schedule Full-time, primarily Monday through Friday during normal daytime working hours.
