Responsibilities:
Represent our team's services by providing expert advice and recommendations to complete our customer's comfort in their own home. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various plumbing systems, ensuring top flow and function. Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues with a focus on providing the right solution for each individual customer. Collaborate with team members and communicate with customers in a manner that reflects our commitment to how we value our community. Uphold safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a secure working environment. Maintain accurate records of service calls, maintenance activities, and parts inventory.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years experience with residential plumbing, with a solid understanding of plumbing and drain systems and components. Relevant certifications and licenses in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair, not required, but helpful. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work on a project alone or with a team.
