We are looking for a thorough Licensed Plumber Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair work on a variety of equipment and facilities. This includes troubleshooting and repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of safety protocols and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards. Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breakers panels, etc.) Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems. Inspect, test, and adjust machines to ensure proper operation. Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality. Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed. Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment and systems. Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows, etc.) Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide. Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary. Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry, etc.) Read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the best method of repair. HVAC CERTIFICATION IS A PLUS LICENSED PLUMBER

Proven experience as a maintenance technician. Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems. Knowledge of general mainenance processes and methods. Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices. Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills Good physical condition and strength with willingness to work overtime. High school diploma or equivalent; building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus. Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is desired.
