Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and waste disposal in residential and commercial settings Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and tools to diagnose issues accurately Operate company vehicles and power tools safely to execute plumbing projects efficiently Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure precise installation and repairs Perform drain cleaning, pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks with hand tools and heavy equipment as needed Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of quality Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures clearly and addressing client concerns professionally Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair in residential or commercial environments Hands-on experience with plumbing system inspection cameras, pipe threading, welding, drain cleaning, and remodeling projects Familiarity with construction site protocols, heavy lifting techniques, and the use of hand tools and power tools Knowledge of local building codes related to plumbing systems to ensure compliance during all phases of work Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately for precise project execution Strong background in construction plumbing including water systems management and system troubleshooting Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service; handyman experience or general remodeling skills are a plus
