Job Description
Job Summary Due to growth in all areas of our organization, Hawkins Water Tech is seeking to add members to our Installation team. We are passionate about making customers happy. Responsibilities and Duties Install water treatment equipment in residential and commercial locations. Work a Monday-Friday schedule, averaging approximately 42-45 hours per week. Install and set up water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, filtration systems, and related water treatment equipment. Read and follow installation instructions, plumbing layouts, and equipment specifications. Connect equipment to existing plumbing and ensure proper water flow and pressure. Test newly installed systems to ensure proper operation and performance. Troubleshoot and correct installation-related issues as needed. Perform system start-up and final quality checks before leaving the job site. Explain system operation and basic maintenance requirements to customers. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Properly use and maintain company tools, equipment, and installation materials. Provide professional and courteous service while working in customers' homes and businesses. Follow company safety procedures and installation standards. Maintain accurate records of completed installations and materials used. Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more.
