Drain Technician Location :
Kentucky and Southern Indiana Schedule:
Tuesday- Saturday,+ on call as needed, multiple shifts available Pay structure: hourly pay for PTO and training, multiple commissions & spiffs Yearly average : $60,000-$70,000 total compensation
Role Responsibilities:
Complete all drain cleaning, light plumbing, jetting, and cable work related to residential and light commercial service calls. Build rapport and describe diagnosed problems to customers and provide solutions. Explain the features and benefits of each solution. Obtain agreement for services before performing work and collect payment. Maintain truck inventory of parts and restock truck to minimum stock levels. Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff, and co-workers. Wear all applicable Personal Protective gear while operating in a safe manner. Participate in required staff meetings and training. Provide Camera service for mainline stoppages as needed.
Required Experience:
1 or more years of drain cleaning or plumbing experience. 1 or more years of experience using hydro jets, electric snakes, and/or sewer cameras. Preferred experience Intermediate knowledge/use of industry-standard software (I.ServiceTitan, or other related systems)
