Our team is dedicated to living up to our motto, "Simply Dependable" and due to our expansive growth and customer need, we are looking for Service Plumbers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be focused on customer experience with a problem solver and solution-oriented mindset, our customers depend on it!
Role:
Service Plumber Pay structure: hourly pay for PTO and training, multiple commissions & spiffs Yearly average : $80,000-$100,000 total compensation
Role Responsibilities:
Plumbing Repairs:
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, broken pipes, drain cleaning, and faulty fixtures.
Service Calls:
Conduct service calls for emergency plumbing needs, assessing and resolving issues on-site.
Installation:
Install plumbing systems, water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures as needed.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols and plumbing regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Customer Service:
Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of services performed and ensuring client satisfaction.
Documentation:
Accurately complete service reports, estimates, and invoices.
Required Experience:
3+ years of experience in residential plumbing service Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds, work in various weather conditions, and enter confined spaces as needed. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite and tools Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
Active Journeyman's License Intermediate knowledge/use of industry standard software (I.E Service Titan, or other related systems)
