Job Description
Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Licensed Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that water systems operate efficiently, adhere to local building codes, and meet our high standards for quality and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from remodeling and construction plumbing to routine maintenance, all while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drain, waste, and vent (DWV) systems in residential and commercial settings Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and tools to diagnose issues accurately Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to execute projects precisely Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools and materials to various job sites Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing system maintenance tools effectively Assist with remodeling projects by assembling fixtures, fitting pipes, and ensuring seamless integration of new plumbing components Adhere strictly to local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of work Engage with clients professionally to explain repair processes and provide excellent customer service Heavy lifting of materials and equipment is required regularly on construction sites Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing systems in residential or commercial environments Skilled in welding, pipe threading, assembly, remodeling, and plumbing inspection camera operation Hands-on experience with drain cleaning techniques and the use of hand tools and power tools in construction plumbing projects Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and blueprints for precise installation or repair work Knowledge of local building codes related to plumbing standards and safety regulations Prior construction site experience demonstrating ability to work efficiently in dynamic environments Handyman experience or background in construction site management is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex tasks Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier plumbing solutions with energy and professionalism.
