What you'll do Diagnose and resolve residential and commercial plumbing issues independently, start to finish Run your own service calls with confidence — no hand-holding, no second-guessing Represent the Day By Day brand at every front door with professionalism and genuine care Communicate clearly and honestly with customers about scope, cost, and timeline Take ownership of tough or unexpected scope — figure it out, don't punt it Mentor newer techs and apprentices coming up behind you What you need Active Indiana Journeyman Plumbing License in good standing Solid field experience across residential and/or commercial service Valid driver's license with a clean record Ability to work independently and make sound judgment calls with no supervisor on site Comfort with smartphone/tablet-based job documentation and scheduling tools Pay & benefits $30-32/hour, based on experience Company vehicle, cell phone, and tablet provided Ongoing training and a real path to grow — we hire for careers, not seasons A team and leadership that actually have your back Who you are We hire for character first, trade skill second.
