Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling, located in Wabash, IN, is seeking a motivated and skilled full-time Residential Plumbing Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing new potable water systems, drainage systems, appliances, and related plumbing components in residential settings, ensuring all work meets current building codes and quality standards. Responsibilities Install new potable water systems, drainage systems, and plumbing appliances in residential properties Ensure all installations comply with local building codes and company quality standards Perform quality control checks to identify and resolve leaks or potential issues Work efficiently and safely to complete projects on schedule Set a positive example and provide guidance to assistant installers as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction Qualifications 2 years previous plumbing experience Basic understanding of residential pipe sizing standards Ability to fit pipe and install drains and water lines with a clean, professional appearance Basic construction knowledge Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain a focus on safety Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Compensation This position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000$85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
