You'll diagnose, repair, maintain, and improve residential and commercial plumbing systems while delivering the kind of service that makes customers want to call us again.

Your day may include:

Diagnosing plumbing problems — From water heaters and fixtures to piping and drainage systems, you'll find the problem and determine the right solution. Repairing & maintaining systems — Handle routine service, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs with confidence. Talking with customers — Explain plumbing issues and recommended solutions clearly, honestly, and professionally. Documenting your work — Complete service tickets and job documentation accurately and thoroughly. Following the rules — Perform work according to local plumbing codes, company standards, and safety procedures. Representing the company — Keep your work area, tools, and company vehicle clean, organized, and professional. Keep getting better — Stay current with new technology, products, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing training.

Requirements:

What We're Looking For You don't have to know everything—but you should know your trade, know how to solve problems, and care about the quality of your work.

You bring:

3-5 years of plumbing service experience Active Journeyman Plumber license Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to pass a background check and drug test Excellent communication and customer-service skills A professional attitude and pride in your workmanship The ability to work independently while being a strong team player Why Superior Water & Air?
