Operate hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, pipe threading equipment, and welding apparatus to complete tasks efficiently. Conduct drain cleaning using specialized tools and techniques to resolve blockages swiftly. Perform plumbing system inspections to identify issues early and recommend appropriate repairs or upgrades. Comply with local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of construction plumbing and remodeling projects. Operate company vehicles responsibly for transportation to job sites while adhering to commercial driving standards. Collaborate with team members on construction site experience, carpentry tasks, HVAC integration, and heavy lifting requirements. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot complex plumbing problems and execute system maintenance or repairs as needed. Assist with remodeling projects by assembling fixtures, installing piping systems, and performing handyman tasks related to plumbing. Skills Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial settings. Skilled in welding, pipe threading, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and mechanical troubleshooting. Proficient in drain cleaning techniques using specialized tools; familiar with plumbing inspection cameras for diagnostics. Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and plumbing regulations to ensure compliant work practices. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, HVAC components, and company vehicles safely. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about project status or technical issues. Experience in construction site work including remodeling projects; capable of interpreting technical drawings accurately. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to pipe sizes or system capacities; familiarity with schematics is a plus.
