We are looking for someone that is available to start immediately and is looking for a long-term career. This role requires a strong desire for career growth while understanding the importance of starting with the work, earning trust with customers, delivering high-quality results, and building relationships from the ground up. Ideal candidate would have experience working on residential and commercial Plumbing.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

Provide the highest level of professionalism, communication, and integrity to our customers Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions Communicate findings and recommendations with customers Perform repairs, and replacement/installations Maintain accurate service documentation Maintain tools, parts, and the vehicle in an organized and clean condition. Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

3-5 years of Plumbing technical and trade service experience required. Proven ability to work independently and manage workload effectively. Strong administrative skills—able to handle documentation, reporting, invoicing, and follow-up. Sales aptitude with the ability to communicate value to customers and close on Planned Service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

The physical requirements:

Lifting 50-75 pounds regularly. Climbing ladders, navigating tight spaces, Regular exposure to extreme temperatures both indoors and outdoors, such as heat or cold and adverse weather conditions such as wind, rain, ice or snow.

Expected hours:

No less than 40.0 per week
