In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that water systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local building codes. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and waste disposal for residential and commercial clients Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and schematics to diagnose issues accurately Read blueprints and technical drawings to interpret project requirements and ensure proper installation or repairs Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment Perform drain cleaning using specialized tools and techniques to clear blockages and prevent future issues Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, or personnel to job sites in accordance with local driving regulations Maintain plumbing systems through routine inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial settings Skilled in welding, pipe threading, schematics reading, and interpreting technical drawings Hands-on experience with plumbing inspection cameras, water systems, and remodeling projects Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and plumbing regulations Ability to use hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and carpentry skills as needed on construction sites Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing system maintenance and troubleshooting Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles for job site travel Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional plumbing solutions with energy and precision.
