Key Responsibilities Expert Troubleshooting & Repair:

Diagnose, repair, and install residential and commercial plumbing systems, ensuring all work strictly adheres to the Kentucky State Plumbing Code.

Heavy Equipment Operation:

Safely operate company mini excavators for underground repairs and trenching, coordinating properly with utility guidelines (e.g., CSX right-of-way rules when applicable).

Digital Workflow:

Use our Field Service Management software on your phone to receive dispatch routing, build estimates, order materials, and capture detailed job notes.

Customer Experience:

Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, business owners, and property managers, explaining their plumbing issues and options with honesty and integrity.

Skills & Qualifications Licensing:

Active Kentucky Journeyman Plumber License is required.

Experience:

Proven track record in residential and commercial service, repair, and installation.

Tech-Forward:

Comfortable using mobile apps for dispatching, invoicing, and team communication.

Driver's License:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Attitude:

A team player who is serious about safety, takes pride in their craft, and delivers high-quality workmanship.

Pay:

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
