The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Diagnose plumbing issues independently and complete repairs efficiently. Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance. Install, maintain, and repair water supply and drainage systems. Locate and repair leaks, damaged water lines, clogged drains, and broken drainage lines. Repair and replace plumbing fixtures, faucets, water heaters, and other plumbing equipment. Read blueprints and drawings to understand plumbing, waste disposal, and water supply layouts. Cut, assemble, and install piping while working safely around existing infrastructure. Install and repair waste disposal and sanitary systems. Respond to service calls and customer plumbing needs. Communicate findings and recommended solutions clearly to customers. Prepare estimates/quotes and present repair options directly to customers. Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach on every service call. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications 3+ years of plumbing/service plumbing experience required. Strong residential plumbing diagnostic and repair experience. Knowledge of water distribution, drainage, and waste disposal systems. Ability to use plumbing tools and equipment, including pipe wrenches and pipe cutters. Must have your own hand tools. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license. Clean driving record. Physical Requirements Ability to work in tight or awkward spaces. Ability to perform physically demanding plumbing work. Ability to lift 80+ lbs.
