Journeyman Plumber Flammard Solutions, LLC Metairie, LA Job Details Temporary | Contract $25 - $40 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Master Plumber Journeyman Plumber Fixture installation Pipe installation Materials handling Full Job Description Experienced Licensed Plumber — Duplex Rehab (Metairie) I'm rehabbing a two-unit duplex in Metairie and need a licensed plumber for a defined set of jobs across both units. Work is scoped into separate packages and paid per package on completion and inspection. Scope of work Sewer main repipe — replacing failing cast iron / terracotta line (phased into sections) Subsurface drainage tie-ins (drain lines, yard grates) where they connect to the plumbing system Two water heaters — one per unit, supply and install Fixture sets, both units — toilets, faucets, supply lines, shut-offs General rough-in repairs and code corrections as found What you need to have Active Louisiana State Plumbing Board license (journeyman or master), or able to work under a master who can pull the filing Ability to pull the Jefferson Parish plumbing filing and carry the work through inspection Your own tools, transportation, and materials handling Certificate of insurance — general liability and workers' comp (or a valid comp exemption) References from recent comparable jobs Terms 1099 independent contractor; W-9 before first payment Priced per package — send me your number per scope item or a bundled bid Paid on completion and passed inspection of each package To respond: reply with your license number/type, a couple of recent jobs you've done, your insurance status, and your availability over the next 60-90 days.
