Job Summary We are looking for a full time experienced Plumbing mechanic.
Requirements:
Must have at least 5 years experience. Must have a valid driver license. Must have an active Plumbing license. Must provide hand tools. Must be experienced in new construction, remolding, trenching and piping, and service and repair work. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to execute precise installations Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify issues and verify system integrity Perform drain cleaning, pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks with hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards during all phases of work Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to various job sites Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC specialists, and other trades to coordinate project timelines and specifications Requirements Valid license as a professional plumber with relevant state or local certifications Proven construction site experience with a strong understanding of construction plumbing practices Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, schematics, and blueprint reading Knowledge of water systems maintenance, heavy lifting techniques, pipe threading, welding skills, and remodeling processes Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and follow detailed schematics or blueprints Familiarity with local building codes and regulations governing plumbing installations and repairs Mechanical aptitude with understanding of HVAC systems is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely in various environments Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, climb ladders or scaffolding, and work in confined spaces as required Join our team as a Licensed Plumber if you're passionate about delivering top-quality craftsmanship while advancing your career in a fast-paced environment.
