Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure water systems operate efficiently, adhere to local building codes, and meet customer expectations. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing projects Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify issues and ensure system integrity Perform drain cleaning using specialized tools and techniques to prevent blockages and ensure proper flow Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, and equipment to various job sites Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and construction site machinery effectively for installation and repairs Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate project timelines and specifications Adhere strictly to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards during all phases of work Assist with remodeling projects by assembling fixtures or components and performing handyman tasks as needed Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections conducted for quality assurance Qualifications Proven construction experience with a strong background in plumbing installation and repair Knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems along with construction plumbing practices Ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and interpret schematics accurately Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, welding equipment, and other relevant tools Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations governing plumbing work Experience with drain cleaning techniques and the use of plumbing system maintenance tools Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while handling materials or equipment on job sites Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical data Construction site experience including remodeling projects or new builds is highly desirable Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for operating company vehicles Additional handyman or carpentry skills are a plus for versatile project support Join our team if you're ready to bring your expertise in plumbing into a fast-paced environment where your skills directly impact our clients' comfort and safety.
