In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings, including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures. Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to execute projects precisely. Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations and repairs efficiently. Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment and techniques to ensure unobstructed flow within plumbing systems. Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools and materials to various job sites. Adhere to local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of work while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism. Qualifications Valid license as a professional plumber with proven experience in construction plumbing projects. Demonstrated experience with residential and commercial plumbing systems, including remodeling projects. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment. Knowledge of local building codes, blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and construction site safety practices. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with construction site work. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing installations. Handyman experience or background in remodeling is a plus for versatile project support.
