Job Description
Massachusetts Licensed Journeyman Service Plumber Pinette Plumbing & Heating is hiring an experienced Massachusetts Licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our growing residential service team.
Please note:
This position requires an active Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber License. We are not currently hiring apprentices or helpers. What You Will Be Doing
- Running residential plumbing service calls independently.
- Diagnosing plumbing problems accurately without guessing.
- Creating repair and replacement options for customers.
- Clearly explaining problems, pricing, and potential solutions.
- Repairing and replacing plumbing fixtures, piping, valves, faucets, toilets, sump pumps, water heaters, and related equipment.
- Performing residential plumbing installations and renovation work.
- Identifying code, safety, and reliability concerns.
- Completing accurate job notes, photos, and customer records.
- Keeping your company van clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Treating every customer's home with care and respect. Who We Are Looking For
- Active Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber License.
- Five or more years of plumbing experience.
- Residential service plumbing experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Comfortable communicating with homeowners.
- Comfortable creating and presenting repair options.
- Clean and professional appearance.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Dependable and able to show up on time.
- Takes ownership instead of making excuses.
- Able to work independently without constant supervision.
- Interested in continuing to learn and improve.
- Heating and water heater experience is a plus.
