Riedell & Son is hiring an experienced Water Filtration Technician to join our growing team in Osterville, MA. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience servicing residential water filtration and treatment systems who understands the importance of clean, reliable water for our customers. If you know your way around water filtration equipment, enjoy troubleshooting, and take pride in providing quality service, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Service, maintain, and troubleshoot residential water filtration and treatment systems Service and maintain reverse osmosis (RO) systems Service filters and perform filter changes and replacements Perform dump-and-refill services on applicable filtration systems Service and maintain UF (ultrafiltration) systems Service and maintain FK2 systems Diagnose system issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs Check system operation, water flow, pressures, and filtration performance Explain system operation, maintenance, and recommendations to customers Maintain accurate service records and document work performed Keep jobsites, equipment, and company vehicles clean and organized Follow company safety procedures and manufacturer recommendations What We're Looking For Previous experience servicing residential water filtration or water treatment systems Hands-on experience with RO, UF, FK2, filtration, and dump-and-refill systems Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and water treatment components Valid Massachusetts driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Pride in workmanship and willingness to learn Why Join Riedell?
