Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, gas piping systems, Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations efficiently and safely. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with building codes. Follow safety regulations diligently while handling heavy lifting, working at heights, or in confined spaces. Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections conducted for quality assurance purposes. Qualifications Proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber with a valid license or certification demonstrating completion of apprenticeship programs. Knowledge of plumbing building codes, local regulations, and safety standards essential for compliance. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding tools, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Mechanical knowledge gas piping systems, pipe installation techniques, and plumbing system maintenance. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments consistently.
