• Preferred 3+ years of residential construction experience
• Confident working independently and taking charge Experience in new construction plumbing installations
• Residential or commercial Ability to read and interpret blueprints & plumbing schematics Strong communication skills & teamwork mindset Valid driver's license & clean driving record Comfortable with technology (Apple products & ServiceTitan preferred) Your Workday Monday
