About the team The Construction & Maintenance Central (CMC) Team undertake capital and operational works to maintain and improve safety, serviceability and efficiency of the region's road network and integrated transport system. About the role Perform a wide range of civil construction and maintenance tasks, with a focus on municipal works. Carry out drainage and labouring duties while ensuring quality every step of the way. Prepare and restore worksites before and after each job. Prioritise safety

What you'll bring Current Queensland Plumber Licence. Current Queensland Drainers Licence. If not held, must be obtained within 12 months of commencement. Current "C" Class Driver's Licence. Prepare to work safely in the construction industry, or equivalent, or a willingness to obtain prior to commencement. Certificate in Confined Space (or within 3 months of commencement). Certificate of Competency in Traffic Management Implementation (TMI) (or within 3 months of commencement). Certificate of Competency for Quick Cut Saw (or within 3 months of commencement).
