You'll diagnose problems, provide solutions, and deliver an exceptional experience from the moment you arrive.
Your responsibilities will include:
Follow Cranney's 6-Step Customer Service System Troubleshoot and diagnose drain and plumbing issues Identify the root cause of problems Perform drain cleaning using snake machines and drain jetters Perform general drain clearing and repairs Clearly explain problems and recommended solutions to customers Educate customers on their plumbing and drain systems Provide professional, high-quality workmanship Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work environment Follow company safety standards and procedures
Requirements:
What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is confident in their technical abilities and understands that exceptional service is just as important as excellent workmanship. You'll need: 3+ years of drain service experience Jetting experience — required Plumbing experience — a plus OSHA 10 certification — a plus Strong customer service skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Dependability, professionalism, and a positive attitude Pride in your work and commitment to doing the job right What Does Success Look Like?
