Responsibilities include:

Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems and fixtures Install and service water heaters, piping, valves, drains, fixtures, and plumbing equipment Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide customers with clear, professional recommendations Respond to plumbing service calls and emergency repair requests Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance Read blueprints, specifications, and building plans when required Collaborate with HVAC, electrical, insulation, and installation teams on multi-trade projects Maintain accurate documentation of work completed, materials used, and customer interactions Keep company vehicles, equipment, and job sites clean, organized, and safe Deliver a five-star customer experience on every visit What Makes You Successful We're looking for professionals who: Take pride in producing high-quality workmanship Build trust quickly with homeowners Communicate clearly and professionally Stay organized while managing multiple service calls Enjoy solving problems and thinking critically Work well independently while supporting the team Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic Represent Endless Energy with professionalism in every customer's home Requirements Qualifications To be considered, you'll need: Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to pass a background check Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to lift 50 pounds and safely perform the physical demands of the position Ability to work both independently and collaboratively EPA Universal Certification Preferred Qualifications Experience working alongside HVAC systems or mechanical trades Experience with residential service and installation Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Career Growth At Endless Energy, we believe in developing our people.
