Position Summary:

Endless Energy is hiring a Residential Service Plumber to deliver high-quality plumbing solutions across MetroWest and Greater Boston, with a clear path to $130K annually . With top pay of $40-$48/hr , commission on sales , and performance-based spiffs, this role is built for plumbers who want both stability and the opportunity to earn more through skill, service, and hustle. Core Responsibilities:

Drain cleaning: Clear kitchen/bath/mainlines with cable machines or jetter; locate/open cleanouts; perform camera inspections and line tracing; document findings and maintenance options. Fix leaks, clogs, PRVs, expansion tanks, noisy pipes. Install/repair water heaters (tank, tankless, HPWH), recirc, mixing valves, proper venting. Replace fixtures (toilets, faucets, disposals, shower valves); small repipes.

Water quality:

Whole-home filters, softeners, RO/UV. Pull permits as needed; follow MA code; capture photos/notes in ServiceTitan; present good/better/best Endless Solutions. Coordinate with HVAC/electrical; follow safety/LOTO; light on-call rotation for urgent backups.
