All, Marlborough Posted on : 12-08-2026 Apply Now Save Turbo Staff Ltd Turbo Staff is looking for an experienced Plumber to join our team, working across residential, commercial, and civil projects. This is a hands-on role for a qualified tradesperson who takes pride in quality workmanship and safe, compliant installations. About the Role You'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. From water supply and drainage through to sanitary and gas fitting. We need someone who can interpret plans and deliver work that meets the New Zealand Building Code and relevant industry standards. Key Responsibilities Install and maintain hot/cold water supply systems, sanitary plumbing, and drainage (above and below ground) Fit plumbing fixtures and appliances including basins, toilets, showers, and hot water cylinders Install gas appliances, piping, flues, and pressure regulating devices Fabricate and install metal roofing, guttering, and flashings Diagnose faults and blockages, and carry out repairs with minimal disruption Conduct pressure and leak testing to confirm compliant, reliable installations Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Maintain accurate job records and compliance documentation Participate in an after-hours call-out roster where required What You'll Need Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified Plumber Relevant plumbing/gasfitting qualification and registration (NZ) Strong knowledge of pipe materials, fittings, and installation methods Sound understanding of the NZ Building Code and plumbing/gasfitting standards Positions available in the following regions: Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Hawkes Bay, Manawatu-Whanganui, Wellington, Tasman, Nelson, Marlborough, West Coast, Southland, Northland, Taranaki, Gisborne, Canterbury, Otago. When workers are required to travel, appropriate travel and accommodation expenses will be provided. Minimum 30 hours per week offered.
