Duties Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, and appliances in new construction and existing structures Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans to execute precise installations Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution Adhere strictly to local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards during all tasks Test plumbing systems for leaks or malfunctions using specialized tools and techniques Document work performed accurately and report progress or issues to supervisors promptly Skills Proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber with valid licensing or certification in accordance with state or local requirements Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety procedures, and best practices in installation and repair Ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications with precision Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials, working in confined spaces, and climbing ladders Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment through adherence to safety protocols Embark on a rewarding career where your craftsmanship makes a tangible difference!
