Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction plumbing and be proficient in various plumbing techniques. This role requires the ability to read blueprints, operate power tools, and perform soldering tasks as needed. The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Use power tools and equipment effectively to complete plumbing tasks. Perform pipe threading and assembly of various plumbing components. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs. Collaborate with carpenters and other construction professionals to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial construction plumbing or a related field. Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings. Strong skills in using power tools and equipment safely. Ability to perform pipe threading and assembly tasks accurately. Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Valid plumbing license Third and 4th year licensed apprentices encouraged to apply.
