What You'll Do Diagnose, service and repair residential plumbing systems Handle water heaters, tankless systems, faucets, toilets, piping, leaks, sump pumps and other residential plumbing needs Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend the right solutions Explain findings and options clearly to homeowners Provide estimates and present repair and replacement options Complete repairs and installations safely and correctly Keep customers informed throughout the job Maintain accurate job notes and documentation Keep your truck, tools and work area organized Deliver a great customer experience from start to finish What We're Looking For 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience working directly with homeowners Comfortable presenting options and recommendations to customers Knowledge of water heaters, tankless systems, fixtures, piping and common residential plumbing repairs Massachusetts plumbing license preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Dependable, professional and ready to be part of a team Why Boston Standard?
