Job Description:
- CDL MD required
- Equipment Operator / Plumbing Install for Water and Sewer Projects for both Residential and Commercial Locations.
- Knowledge of Plumbing Codes
- Knowledge of Miss Utility and Coordination
- Perform all Excavator and Piping Install along with Crew.
- Meet with Inspectors on site to obtain approvals of work.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Collaborate with clients to determine their plumbing needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Cut, assemble, and install pipes and fittings using hand tools and power tools
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues, and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as carpenters and electricians, to complete projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of hand tools commonly used in plumbing work
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating pipe lengths and angles
- Familiarity with carpentry techniques to build supports for pipes and fixtures
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand plumbing system layouts
- Experience with Pro-Press Equipment
- Knowledge of construction plumbing codes and regulations to ensure compliance with building standards
- Proficient in assembling pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures using appropriate techniques
- Comfortable using power tools for cutting, drilling, and other necessary tasks in plumbing work
- Strong ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot issues that may arise during plumbing projects
