This is a hands-on field position ideal for someone who can independently manage job layouts, coordinate on-site, and operate equipment while working as part of a small crew. Key Responsibilities § Perform plumbing work on light commercial projects. § Read and interpret blueprints and layout jobs accurately. § Interface with job superintendents and inspectors; resolve routine problems as they arise. § Operate excavation equipment, including company-owned mini excavators. § Work daily as part of a two-person crew (you will be paired with a full-time helper). § Report to the company warehouse each morning, load materials, and drive a company truck to job sites. § Expected to be able to complete all phases of a commercial project, which includes the following: o Groundwork phase o Rough -In phase o Trim phase o Gas Work phase of jobs Qualifications Experience with light commercial plumbing projects required. Journeyman plumber license preferred but not required. Ability to read blueprints, lay out work, communicate effectively with superintendents and inspectors, and handle routine problem-solving. Experience operating mini excavators or similar excavation equipment. Reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working as part of a small daily crew. New hire will need valid, clean drivers license. Occasional nights and weekends available depending on work load What We Offer Full line of benefits.
