Full-time position Atlantic Blue Water Services is seeking an experienced Residential Water Treatment Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a skilled technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, troubleshooting, and customer service . If you have hands-on experience and want to work for a company that values your expertise, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Install, service, and repair residential water treatment systems Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment across major brands Perform routine maintenance and system inspections Communicate clearly with customers regarding system performance and recommendations Maintain accurate service records and documentation Ensure all work meets company standards and local regulations What We Offer Company truck (take-home, based on role requirements) Health insurance Simple 401(k) with company match Paid holidays Accrued paid time off (PTO) Stable, year-round work Supportive team environment Qualifications Minimum 3 years of residential water treatment experience Strong knowledge of water softeners, filtration systems, RO systems, and related equipment Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving/insurance requirements Ability to pass a background check Preferred (not required): Experience with well pumps and/or water heaters Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment (up to 50 lbs) Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday Ability to use hands and arms for installation, repair, and tool operation Ability to work in residential environments, including tight or confined spaces Work Environment Field-based role working in residential customer homes Local travel required Why Join Atlantic Blue Water Services?
