In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various commercial and residential sites. Your expertise will ensure that all plumbing work meets safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial remodels to new construction, utilizing your technical skills and mechanical knowledge to deliver high-quality results. Earn 20% for every job sold!!! Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances, on construction sites. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts. Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment to complete installations efficiently. Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate project tasks seamlessly. Perform remodeling and assembly work as needed to adapt existing plumbing systems or prepare new installations. Follow construction plans and schematics accurately while ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards. Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing or related fields with a strong understanding of plumbing systems. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding techniques. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings with confidence. Knowledge of HVAC systems, schematic interpretation, and basic math for measurements and calculations. Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety practices and heavy lifting requirements. Mechanical knowledge combined with handyman experience or a remodeling background is a plus.
