In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that water systems, drainage, and related fixtures operate efficiently and safely, adhering to local building codes and industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from new construction to remodeling, utilizing your technical skills and mechanical knowledge to deliver top-quality service. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and appliances in residential and commercial settings Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and schematics to diagnose issues accurately and efficiently Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to guide installation and repair projects Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, and personnel to various job sites Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding gear, and plumbing system maintenance tools effectively Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment and techniques to clear blockages and prevent future issues Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices Qualifications Valid license as a professional plumber with relevant state or local certifications Proven experience in construction plumbing, residential plumbing, and commercial plumbing projects Strong mechanical knowledge of water systems, HVAC integration, and plumbing schematics Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately Experience with construction site work including remodeling projects and heavy lifting requirements Knowledge of local building codes combined with excellent problem-solving skills in troubleshooting plumbing issues Valid driver's license with the ability to operate company vehicles safely in various environments Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to pipe sizing and system layouts Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients on-site Additional experience in carpentry or handyman tasks is a plus for versatile project support Join our team as a Licensed Plumber if you're passionate about delivering reliable plumbing solutions through your technical expertise!
