High school diploma or GED equivalent. Valid driver's license with insurability through Vredevoogd's insurance carrier. Ability to pass initial and random drug screenings, as well as a comprehensive national background check. Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, codes, and best practices. Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift over 75 lbs, climb in and out of vehicles, and work in varying weather conditions. Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
