Since 1987, Helmus Plumbing Services Inc. of Kalamazoo, MI has provided exceptional service to Western Michigan with locations in Kalamazoo. We have installed and maintained thousands of new plumbing systems in residential and commercial applications. Our goal is to maintain a long-lasting relationship with our clients based on exceptional design and cost-effective solutions that meet our clients' need. We take all necessary measures to ensure a project's success by striving to meet and exceed our client's expectations. We have three licensed master plumbers to apply the necessary expertise to ensure your project is completed on time and to the highest professional standards. We are also licensed and certified to install hydronic heating systems, test backflow devices, and if water runs though it….we probably do it. Our company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Journeyman Plumbing Technician to join our team for placement in our residential department. The ideal candidate has a background in maintenance and is familiar with residential and/or commercial plumbing. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the plumbing team with a wide range of tasks such as delivering quality customer service, installing parts and fixtures, and recognizing and fixing problems. This is an excellent opportunity for a goal-oriented individual to join our team of experienced professionals and become a key part of one of the leading companies in our industry. Pay is negotiable depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Identify and assess plumbing problems. Disassemble and reassemble plumbing systems and fixtures. Inspect pipes for leaks and wear. Be able to repair plumbing systems and fixtures. Be able self motivated and task oriented. Complete reports in a timely manner.Job Type:
