Duties Conduct thorough plumbing inspections using advanced tools such as plumbing inspection cameras and schematics to identify issues within residential water systems. Perform repairs and maintenance on plumbing systems, including pipe threading, pipe replacement, fixture installation, and system troubleshooting. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques to complete diverse plumbing tasks efficiently and safely. Clean drains and resolve blockages utilizing drain cleaning equipment while adhering to local building codes and safety standards. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately install or repair plumbing infrastructure in accordance with project specifications. Operate company vehicles responsibly for on-site service calls while maintaining compliance with commercial driving regulations. Collaborate with clients by providing excellent customer service, explaining repair procedures clearly, and ensuring their satisfaction with the work performed. Use ServiceTitan Mobile App for all job tracking and time management. Skills Extensive construction experience with residential plumbing systems, including remodeling and assembly projects. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, schematics, and blueprint reading for precise diagnostics and repairs. Mechanical knowledge of water systems, HVAC integration, and plumbing system maintenance to troubleshoot complex issues effectively. Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus! Backflow cetrification is a plus but not required. Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately while adhering to local building codes during installations or repairs. Experience with construction site work, heavy lifting, carpentry skills, and working safely around construction environments. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Knowledge of plumbing codes, water system components, pipe threading techniques, and remodeling processes for comprehensive service delivery.
