We are looking for experienced tradespeople who want to contribute to that growth rather than simply run another service route. The Role Our Dimondale, MI team is looking for a Michigan-licensed Journeyman Plumber with strong residential service experience. You will be responsible for diagnosing plumbing problems, completing repairs and installations, working with customers, preparing estimates, and managing assigned calls through completion. The role also includes light commercial service and opportunities to support developing plumbers in the field. What You'll Be Responsible For Diagnose plumbing problems and determine the appropriate course of action. Complete residential and light commercial repairs, maintenance, and installations. Service plumbing fixtures, drains, piping, water heaters, pumps, valves, hydronic components, and related equipment. Present customers with clear explanations of recommended repairs and replacement options. Prepare accurate estimates and obtain approval for work. Take ownership of service calls from dispatch through completion. Maintain clean and professional work areas. Perform quality checks and document completed work. Collect payments when required. Use ServiceTitan for scheduling information, job notes, photos, time tracking, estimates, invoices, recommendations, and follow-up documentation. What We Expect From You Within your first 90 days, you should be able to independently manage a full daily service schedule while meeting our standards for workmanship and customer care. Strong performance means accurately identifying problems, reducing callbacks, keeping digital job records complete, communicating clearly with customers and dispatch, and helping apprentices learn safe and effective work practices. Required Experience & Skills Current Michigan Journeyman Plumber license. Experience in residential plumbing service, repair, maintenance, and installation. Strong plumbing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently in the field. Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, piping, drainage, water heaters, pumps, valves, and hydronic systems. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Ability to clearly discuss estimates, recommendations, and repair options. Comfortable using mobile technology. ServiceTitan or similar field-service software experience is preferred. Valid driver's license and safe driving record. Ability to safely lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
