This energetic position offers the opportunity to work on commercial and residential sites, utilizing your expertise to ensure efficient, safe, and reliable plumbing systems. As a licensed professional, you will bring mechanical knowledge, technical skills, and a proactive attitude to every task, helping us build and remodel spaces that meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and construction plumbing techniques. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts and modifications. Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks with precision on various construction sites. Conduct remodeling projects by replacing or upgrading existing plumbing fixtures and systems. Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate project timelines and ensure seamless integration of systems. Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues related to plumbing, HVAC components, or schematics. Lift heavy materials safely while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites. Requirements

MUST HAVE

Valid license as a plumber with relevant state or local certification. Proven experience in construction plumbing, site work, or remodeling projects. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding apparatus. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Strong mechanical aptitude with basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Knowledge of HVAC systems and general construction practices is preferred. Experience working on construction sites with heavy lifting requirements and adherence to safety standards.
