Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that water systems operate efficiently, adhere to local building codes, and meet our high standards for quality and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from new construction to remodeling, utilizing your technical skills and hands-on experience to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, waste disposal, and venting in residential and commercial settings Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing projects Operate hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, and pipe threading equipment safely and effectively Conduct drain cleaning using specialized tools and techniques to clear blockages and prevent future issues Perform plumbing system inspections to identify faults or potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other tradespeople on large-scale projects Utilize company vehicles responsibly for transportation to job sites while adhering to commercial driving regulations Assist with remodeling projects by assembling fixtures, installing piping systems, and performing general handyman tasks as needed Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and inspections conducted for project documentation Qualifications Proven construction experience with a strong background in plumbing installation and repair Proficiency in welding, pipe threading, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical knowledge Hands-on experience with drain cleaning equipment, plumbing inspection cameras, water systems maintenance, and HVAC fundamentals Familiarity with local building codes and plumbing regulations to ensure compliant work practices Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and construction site machinery safely Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles in a safe manner Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations or repairs Carpentry or remodeling experience is a plus for versatile project support Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately while working on complex plumbing schematics Join our team as a Plumber if you're passionate about delivering high-quality craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment!
