What You'll Do As a Plumbing Installer, you'll be responsible for professionally installing residential plumbing systems while delivering a five-star customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
Install residential water heaters (tank and tankless) Install water softeners, filtration systems, and reverse osmosis systems Install toilets, faucets, disposals, sump pumps, ejector pumps, and other plumbing fixtures Perform whole-home repipes and water line replacements Install drain and sewer piping Read and follow installation specifications and plumbing codes Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the installation Keep work areas clean and leave every home better than you found it Complete required paperwork and documentation in ServiceTitan Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle Follow BWS installation processes and safety standards What We're Looking For Residential plumbing installation experience Minnesota plumbing license or ability to work under appropriate licensing requirements Strong troubleshooting and installation skills Excellent customer communication Professional appearance and positive attitude Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented What Makes BWS Different?
