You'll diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance on piping, fixtures, pumps, and backflow devices, and ensure compliance with local codes and safety standards. Partner with engineers, vendors, and property teams to support building operations and client needs. Responsibilities Maintain, repair, and install commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping Diagnose and resolve leaks, clogs, and pressure issues in a timely manner Perform preventive maintenance on pumps, valves, heaters, and backflow devices Interpret blueprints and specifications to plan plumbing work in buildings Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, JLL standards, and safety regulations Document work orders and updates in maintenance/CMMS systems Coordinate with building engineers, vendors, and contractors on repairs Support emergency response for after-hours plumbing issues as needed Inspect facilities to identify risks and recommend system improvements Contribute to client-focused, performance-driven service delivery Required Skills Commercial plumbing systems Pipefitting and soldering Backflow prevention Drainage and waste systems Reading blueprints and schematics Preventive maintenance Plumbing code compliance Use of plumbing tools and equipment Work order/CMMS systems Safety and OSHA compliance
