We are committed to excellence in all that we do. 1 Tom Plumber is coming to Minnesota, and we are looking for a Service Plumber to be a foundational part of our team. What Will You Do Inspect, diagnose, and resolve sewer and drain issues using industry tools and equipment Operate drain snakes, hydro-jetters, camera inspection systems, and other diagnostic tools Provide exceptional customer service and explain findings and solutions clearly to clients Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and equipment used Perform preventative maintenance and emergency services as needed Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in drain cleaning, plumbing, or a related field preferred Journeyman or Master Plumber Knowledge of sewer systems, drainage systems, and plumbing fundamentals Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Benefits and Compensation $43-$47+ Service Commission Medical, Dental, and Vision Sponsored insurance for you and your family Paid Time Off 100% Employer Paid Short term and Long term disability insurance 401 (k) with Company Match Life Insurance This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
