Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Lead / Journeyman Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate is a skilled, dependable plumber who can confidently run plumbing jobs independently on both new construction and remodel projects . This position requires someone who can read plans, manage their work efficiently, coordinate with other trades, and take ownership of a project from rough-in through final. Responsibilities Run and manage plumbing jobs independently from start to finish Perform plumbing installations on new construction and remodel projects Read and interpret plumbing plans, blueprints, and specifications Complete rough-in, trim-out, and finish plumbing work Install and repair water, drain, waste, vent, and gas piping as applicable Coordinate with general contractors, homeowners, and other trades Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions Ensure work is completed correctly, efficiently, and according to code Communicate job progress, material needs, and potential issues to management Lead and work alongside apprentices or other crew members when needed Qualifications Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience Experience in new construction and residential remodeling Journeyman-level plumbing skills and knowledge Ability to independently run and complete plumbing jobs Ability to read and understand plans and layouts Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Reliable, professional, and able to communicate effectively with customers and contractors Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently while also being a team player What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can be trusted to show up, get the job done right, and manage a project without constant supervision .
