Nixa, MO and surrounding areas The Plumbing Technician plays a key role within a small team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial projects. Reporting to the lead technician and operations manager, this position involves regular travel to job sites, ensuring all work complies with safety standards and plumbing codes. The technician serves as a primary contact for customers and handles troubleshooting, inspections, and system testing to maintain optimal functionality. Responsibilities Install plumbing systems for residential and commercial projects Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing infrastructure Troubleshoot issues and conduct system testing to ensure functionality Conduct inspections to verify system compliance and safety Communicate effectively with customers regarding project status and requirements Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations Document work performed and maintain accurate service records Handle and operate plumbing equipment and tools proficiently Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience High school diploma or equivalent Strong troubleshooting skills specific to plumbing systems Exceptional customer service abilities Knowledge of safety compliance and plumbing codes Proficient with hand tools and plumbing equipment Effective problem-solving capabilities Good time management skills
