Job Description
Job Overview Gozone Express LLC is hiring Independent Contractor Delivery Drivers in Springfield, Missouri. Drivers will use their own vehicle to deliver small packages to residential and business addresses throughout Springfield and surrounding areas. This is a flexible, performance-based opportunity where your earnings depend on the number of packages you successfully deliver. Pay $1.70 for the first package delivered to an address $0.80 for each additional package delivered to the same address Drivers can potentially earn approximately $500-$1,500 per week, depending on package volume, availability, and number of days worked. Schedule Our delivery operation runs 7 days a week. Packages may be delivered between approximately 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Drivers can choose their availability based on available routes and package volume. Responsibilities Pick up assigned packages from our Springfield location. Load and organize packages in your personal vehicle. Follow the delivery route provided through the delivery app. Deliver packages safely and accurately to the correct address. Take clear proof-of-delivery photos as required. Follow delivery instructions for houses, apartments, and businesses. Properly report undeliverable packages, including incorrect addresses, closed businesses, customer refusals, or access issues. Return undelivered packages according to company procedures. Maintain professional and respectful communication with customers and the operations team. Requirements Valid driver's license. Reliable personal vehicle. Smartphone with reliable cellular/data service. Valid auto insurance. Ability to safely handle and organize packages. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Must follow all delivery and proof-of-delivery procedures. Employment Type Independent Contractor (1099) This is an independent contractor opportunity and is not a W-2 employee position. Drivers are responsible for their own vehicle, fuel, insurance, maintenance, and applicable taxes.
