We're looking for a skilled and motivated Plumber to play a vital role in apartment renovations, rehabs, and ensuring our units meet regulations and code. We're hiring an experienced Plumber in St. Louis, MO! The pay rate for this role is $32/hour with FULL benefits after 90 days of employment. As a Plumber, you'll have the exciting opportunity to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems that are essential to water distribution and waste management in both residential and commercial properties. You'll collaborate with other Service Tech II's and contractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and up to the highest standards. What you'll do: Install, repair, and maintain water treatment equipment, piping systems, and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters Test and troubleshoot plumbing systems to ensure everything runs smoothly Ensure all work complies with building codes and environmental regulations Be on call for plumbing emergencies (with additional pay for on-call and travel time!) Keep accurate work records and perform scheduled maintenance services What we're looking for: 5-10 years of plumbing experience High school diploma or GED A valid driver's license and personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided) Physical ability to perform the job's duties, including lifting, climbing, and using tools The perks: $32/hour pay rate 30% off rental units (yes, you can live here!)
